Frequently Asked Questions - General
Why are your prices "starting at?"
A. I've provided what the minimum cost of each package is and what is included within that. Additional costs like a travel fee and add-ons that you may want will change your total price.
Example Bride:
You're interested in the 10hr wedding package ($1,200.00), but you'd like to add an extra hour to make it 11hrs of coverage ($100.00/hr), you also want 2 trendy TikTok/IG style edits on top of the highlight edit ($100.00 x 2), and your venue is the Harding Waterfront Estate which has a travel fee ($150.00 travel fee). These are all factored into your final quote.
The starting price is $1,200.00 but with the add-ons and travel fee, you're now at $1,650.00.
Example Bride:
You're interested in booking me for a Bridal Event in downtown Toronto and you're happy with 4hrs coverage and don't want to add on anything.
The starting price is $600.00 and since there were no add-ons and you were within the travel perimeter you're paying $600.00.
Should I hire you over a videographer? Are you the same service?
A. Not quite! I’m not a replacement for a videographer, I offer something entirely different. As a Wedding Content Creator, I capture behind-the-scenes, real-time moments on my phone that are delivered within 24–48 hours. It’s candid, raw, and social-media-friendly content that complements your photography and videography, not competes with it.
✨ If you’re still deciding between the two (or wondering if you need both), I break it all down in my blog, head there to read more!
Will having you around get in the way of my Photography and/or Videography?
A. Absolutely not, and I take that seriously. I understand that your photo and video teams are top priority, and I always aim to complement, never compete. I’ll reach out to your photographer and/or videographer before the wedding day to introduce myself and clarify what I’ll be capturing, so we’re aligned from the start.
On the day of, I move intentionally and stay mindful of where I’m positioned during key moments. If any dedicated time is needed for content-specific edits, I’ll coordinate with your planner to make sure it doesn’t interfere with your timeline or other vendors’ work.
I truly see myself as an extension of your media team, here to support, collaborate, and quietly capture the in-between moments that often go unnoticed.
“My photographers and videographer even told me she was the best content creator they’ve ever collaborated with… They usually find it difficult working alongside content creators, but they had nothing but praise for Francesca.” – Antoinette
How do Photographers and/ or Videographers feel about this new service?
A. It really depends on the vendor, but my goal is always to build trust and work collaboratively. That’s why I recommend looping in your photographer and/or videographer early to let them know you’re considering hiring a Wedding Content Creator. Most professionals appreciate the heads-up, and I always reach out before the big day to introduce myself and clarify what I’ll be capturing.
I take a low-impact, respectful approach and always prioritize staying out of the way during key moments. My goal is to complement their work, not compete with it.
“I had the pleasure of working alongside Francesca at a wedding in Toronto this past summer. As the main photographer for the day, we worked seamlessly together and she did a fantastic job capturing video content for the couple. Highly recommend!!” – Brendan Joel Photography

Frequently Asked Questions - MISC
Do you carry Liability Insurance?
A. Yes I do! I'm happy to provide a copy to venues that are requesting one. I'll ask you to provide your venue coordinators' info, and I can take it from there!
What do you shoot with? Do you use my device?
A. I shoot with an iPhone 16 Pro Max!
I also have a mobile gimble, a portable light, 2 power banks, and a backup iPhone 13 Max as a part of my day of gear.
I don’t capture the content on your device for liability purposes.
What if you’re sick or something happens and you’re not able to make my event or wedding anymore?
A. This will be outlined in more detail in your contract but essentially if I’m not able to attend your Bridal Event or Wedding due to illness, an accident, or forces outside of my control like natural disasters (fire, storms, floods), governmental or societal actions (war, invasion, civil unrest, labor strikes), infrastructure failures (transportation, energy), etc. a refund will be issued when I’m capable of doing so.
If some extenuating circumstances occur where I’m no longer able to attend your event I will refund all payments made and if time permits I’ll do my best to connect you with other Wedding Day Content Creators in my network.
I’m a vendor and I’d love some of the photos and or videos from X’s wedding, could you provide that for me?
A. I always love sharing content I've captured of vendors during the wedding day but ultimately this is up to the couple if they are comfortable with me sharing their content with the vendor team.
When I deliver the couple's content I usually include a Vendor Folder where I organize all the content and clips that I captured where a vendor was visible. I ask couples to let me know if they'd prefer that I dont share this content (especially if they have people in the background that they dont want posted on social media). I give them the option to take out certain clips they dont want or to tell me that they dont want these clips shared at all.
If they are comfortable, I will send an email with the link to the folder to all the vendors, where you're able to download the clips for your organic use on socials!
